Promotional Period & Region

• This promotion is valid from 10 August 2026 to 16 August 2026 (inclusive), unless extended or withdrawn earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law. All retail sale contracts must be submitted on or before 16 August 2026.
• This promotion is strictly limited to participating authorised dealers within South Australia (SA) and Western Australia (WA).

Eligibility & Offer Details

• Offer is available only on new orders of current stock for eligible Mercury 2.5hp–300hp outboards purchased as part of eligible Quintrex, Stacer, and Yellowfin boat, motor, and trailer packages. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Quintrex and/or Mercury promotion, rebate, or special offer.
• For Quintrex models, the promotional discount applies to models from 4.0m to 6.9m (inclusive), as outlined in the savings matrix. The applicable Telwater discount is determined by the model name, not the hull length. The offer excludes all other model ranges.
• This offer is not available for fleet, government, or commercial purchases.
• The offer excludes freight, dealer delivery, fit-up costs, registration, insurance, and any other applicable statutory charges unless otherwise stated.

Pricing, Savings & Combined Discounts

• The advertised total savings are a combination of promotional discounts provided jointly by Mercury Marine Australia and Telwater Pty Ltd.
• All savings are inclusive of GST and are calculated against the product's regular recommended retail price (RRP) immediately before the commencement of the promotion.
• The promotional discount must be applied at the time of retail sale and cannot be claimed retrospectively for orders that have already been confirmed under a signed contract of sale.

General Limitations & Variations

• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Quintrex or Mercury promotion, rebate, or special offer unless otherwise determined by the Promoters.
• The promotion is available only while stocks last. Eligible packages and promotional savings may vary by participating dealer and model availability.
• The offer is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product.
• Mercury Marine and Telwater reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or typographical errors, and to amend, extend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion or change specifications and prices without notice where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond their control. This is subject to the customer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
